Our estimates for most projects are delivered between 3-10 business days. Occasionally larger or more complex projects may take 8-10 or 10-12 business days. We will notify you an estimated timeframe with a follow up email. If you require your estimate sooner than 6 business days, let us know your bid date and we’ll try to accommodate. There will be a small expedited fee to cover overtime costs with a guaranteed date.

We make it easy to send us your plans. You can send them to us in any of the following ways:

- You can email the plans and trades you would like to bid to sales@designerinvestment.com and you will be provided an invoice.

You may use our secure website services to complete transactions from The Smith Lake Clique by Designer Investment or our vendors through listed major credit or debit cards. For estimates, we will review your plans and send an invoice prior to beginning the estimate. You will be able to complete your transaction on our secure Quickbooks Online Payments. If you choose to proceed, you can complete purchases easily through your Desktop, Mobile Phone, or you can call us directly to process the payment. Remember, our estimates are designed as guidelines for you to finalize pricing so you’ll be able to make your final adjustments with the Excel Spreadsheet we send you.
